Assalamu alaikum. May Allah reward you with good. I was wondering if it is ok to wear shoes which is marked "viking" with small letters. We live in Norway and the vikings that lived here before were idol worshippers. The shoes marked "viking" have nothing do to with the vikings, just it is a mark on a certain kind of shoes here that are of good quality and we used to buy for our children in the autumn/winter time. There is no harm in buying such goods. What you mentioned in the question does not prevent from buying them.
