I wanted to know if in this case Haraam the same one or not, God pardons to me or not.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

It is not permissible to produce musical materials and songs for dancing. Many Fataawa have been issued in this regard, so please refer to Fataawa 81239 and 81545. The fact that you are spending the money that you get from such forbidden work in order to donate for the poor and needy is not an excuse for what you are doing. In Islam, objectives do not justify means, so you have to fear Allaah and know that Allaah is Tayyib (which implies purity) and He accepts only that which is pure. Moreover, you have to know that one day you will stand before Allaah naked and bare footed, in a day that is 50,000 years long. Your excuse will be of no avail before Him, the Exalted. If the noble objective makes the forbidden means to achieve it permissible, the prostitute would say: "I will fornicate or commit adultery so that I will donate the money that I get to the poor and needy", and people would trade in intoxicants, usury and interest, and gambling for the same excuse. This is of course something that neither religion nor a sound mind approves of. What you are doing is forbidden and you should repent to Allaah for committing such a sin.

Allaah knows best.
