HIGHLIGHTS: |20 Palestinian Policemen Arrested in Nablus||NizarRamadan of Hamas Arrested in Nablus||Ten Palestinian Buildings Demolished in Gaza|| STORY: Four Palestinians were reportedly wounded today by occupation army gunfire in separate clashes in Qalqilya and on the outskirts of Jerusalem, including a 10-year-old boy listed in critical condition.
In Qalqilya, occupation armored personnel carriers entered the marketplace during a break in the curfew, Palestinian sources told Israel Radio.
In an ensuing clash, occupation soldiers shot and wounded the boy and two other Palestinians. The boy was reportedly taken to an Israeli hospital where he was listed in critical condition, the radio said.
Qalqilya is one of seven Palestinian cities where occupation soldiers have been conducting house-to-house searches for Resistance suspects and weaponry for the past week.
A fourth Palestinian was shot and moderately wounded near the tunnel road that links the internationally illegal settlement of Gush Etzion with the Gilo neighborhood of Jerusalem.

In Gaza Israeli occupation soldiers destroyed two houses used by armed Palestinians as cover while they fired at the occupation soldiers. The Palestinians also threw hand grenades at Israeli occupation Forces.
And in Nablus itself, some 20 Palestinian policemen surrendered at a prison compound after Israeli tanks and armored personnel carriers surrounded it. The police officers were ordered to remove their clothes - then were handcuffed, Palestinian witnesses said, according to AP.
The sources said there had been fierce shooting early Thursday between Israeli soldiers and Palestinians in the area, which is close to the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt.
Subsequently the Israelis bulldozed about 10 Palestinian buildings in the locality, the sources said.
OCCUPATION HINDERING PALESTINIAN REFORMS
Palestinian officials maintain the Israeli occupation of the West Bank cities is making it impossible to implement the reforms, which U.S. President Bush has demanded of them.
"There must be a comprehensive Israeli withdrawal from the Palestinian territories, so that we can have our fair and democratic elections without any obstacles, checkpoints or tanks," said Arafat aide Nabil Abu Rudeineh. Back In Gaza Strip, six Palestinians were shot and wounded near Rafah refugee camp in the south of the Gaza Strip, Palestinian security and medical sources said.
HAMAS RESISTANCE LEADER ARRESTED
In other developments, Palestinian sources said Israeli occupation soldiers arrested a Hamas militant, Nizar Ramadan, at Hebron. Hamas, a Palestinian Islamic Resistance organization, has been labeled by the U.S. State Department as a terrorist organization. The group's military wing, Izzedine al Qassam, has admitted responsibility for attacks against Israeli civilians and as well as attacks against the Israeli military.
