Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

It is not possible to authoritatively assert that the reason of your husband’s hate to you is due to magic; it might be so and it might not be so. First of all, we advise you to try to find out whether or not there is a normal reason behind that. You may ask him directly about this. It might be that something was said to him about you or that you mentioned something and he misunderstood it. Then, you should try to treat each cause with something that suits it.

However, it might be that it is magic. Therefore, if you predominantly think that it is magic, you should try to perform Ruqyah on you; for more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 88705 and 85500. You should also advise him to perform Ruqyah by himself or he should seek the help of someone to perform Ruqyah on him.

Nonetheless, it should be noted that it is not permissible to accuse someone of doing magic to your husband without evidence.

As regards the supplication, you may supplicate with the supplication of the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) who said: "Allaahumma rahmataka arjo fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'ayn, wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu, la ilaaha illa ant."

"O Allaah, it is Your Mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshipped except You." [Ahmad and Abu Daawood]

If it is true that your husband divorced you twice, then these two divorces take place even if he was affected by magic because the divorce of a husband who is affected by magic takes place unless magic renders him not conscious about his acts or that he acts without his own will.   For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 85637.

Allaah Knows best.
