I hope i make my point understand. Thankyou , Jazakallah Khair.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Allaah Says (what means): {Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety but do not help one another in sin and transgression.} [Quran 5:2] There is no doubt that helping in Shirk (associating partners with Allaah) and disbelieving in Allaah is one of the greatest forms of cooperating in sin and transgression.

Therefore, it is not at all permissible for you to do what would help the students in Shirk nor to join them in their celebration of their false festival (Christmas). Hence, if your work can be free from committing evil or helping in it, then it is permissible for you to continue doing this job, but if you cannot avoid helping in evil, then it is not permissible for you to continue doing this job and you are obliged to look for another work that is free from religious prohibitions.

Finally, you should know that whoever leaves something for the sake of Allaah, Allaah will compensate him with something better as confirmed from the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallm. Moreover, Allaah Says (what means): {… And whoever fears Allaah—He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect} [Quran 65:2]

Allaah Knows best.
