Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
We do not see that you have made a mistake when you spoke out frankly to your fiancée; rather, you should be praised for that as long as you intended good.
As for giving her the reward of some righteous deeds, then Muslim scholars held different opinions regarding that and most of them held the opinion that this is invalid.
Since the engagement was canceled, we advise you to look for another girl of those who are religiously committed and of good character, and do not be sad over that which has escaped you. Know that Allaah The Almighty is the One Who knows what is best for you. Allaah The Almighty says (what means): {But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allaah Knows, while you know not.} [Quran 2:216]
Allaah Knows best.
