Incontinence of both anal discharge and Mathy

Question:
As salamu alaykum I read in one of the fatwas here that if after performing istinja one finds a trace in his back private part he is affected with incontinence I have recently found out that I have this and it lasts for 10 hours then it stops completely until the time I go bathroom again. I am also affected with another incontinence which is excessive Madhi I know that I have to wash myself then perform wudu for every prayer but the problem I have is when I wash my back private part this causes Madhi to come out but not straight away it takes some time so how do I deal with this problem do I perform istinja then wait for it to come out or just perform wudu straight away also when it comes out it takes quite a while for it to stop so washing it will not completely remove the Madhi. Also if I emit something from one of the private parts can it come out during wudu for someone who is incontinent or do they repeat wudu and do they have to clean themselves again? Because I think the excessive Madhi that I have comes out during my wudu all the time unwillingly because of the excessive movement of washing my limbs Maybe so is that excused if I can't help it or is there another way such as performing tayamum which is quicker. If the usual Madhi I have comes out during my wudu I think it may also bring out the madhi that happens when I perform istinja on my back private part so if I need to perform istinja on my back private part then perform wudu before that Madhi that gets emitted from performing istinja comes out it will still come out during my wudu because Madhi usually gets emitted due to the reason I stated above so is that excused also. If I owe qaza of prayers of a couple of days due to an excuse can I perform these qaza during the time I'm incontinent on my back private part even If I won't finish them all in one go or wait 10 hours. I know I should ask one question but they are all related so hopefully you will still answer. Thanks for your time.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we advise you to seek treatment for your condition if possible. Secondly, if the discharge that comes out of your anus (back private parts) continues throughout the entire time of a given prayer so that there is not enough time to perform the prayer with proper purification, then the ruling on the person suffering from (urine) incontinence applies to you. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 82085.
The same ruling also applies if the Mathy does not stop for a time interval long enough to perform Wudhoo' and pray. In this case, you should perform Wudhoo' after the time of the prayer begins and perform as many prayers as you wish, obligatory or voluntary, until the end time of that prayer. You can also make up for any missed prayers before the end time of that obligatory prayer for which you have performed Wudhoo'.
When the time of that obligatory prayer ends, you have to perform Wudhoo' again (for the following prayer and so on). If the discharge from the anus or the Mathy are not ejected continuously during the time intervals between the obligatory prayers and you have enough time to perform the prayers when they stop, then you should wait for them to stop and perform the obligatory prayer. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 87360.
If the anal discharge comes out continuously but the Mathy does not, then you should wait until the Mathy stops, perform Wudhoo' and pray. If the Mathy comes out whenever you perform Wudhoo', then the ruling on the one suffering from urinary incontinence applies to you, and thus what comes out whether in prayer or in Wudhoo' does not affect the validity of either one.
Allaah Knows best.
