All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
With regard to your first question, it is not clear to us in which way that non-Muslim mocked Islam because of the current situation of the Muslims. However, we point out that one should explain to him the truth about faith and the virtues of Islam, and that the reason why the Muslims are in bad conditions is that they are not committed to their religion, and not because of the religion itself as we have already clarified in Fataawa 18945 and 82257. Also, one should not let himself get into an argument with a non-Muslim about side issues of the religion and be distracted from the fundamental issue which is the belief in Allaah as our Lord, the belief in Islam as a religion, and the belief in Muhammad as the Messenger and Prophet of Allaah. It should be made clear to him that if he fails to believe in this, his fate will be the fire of Hell. For more benefit on how to preach Islam to an atheist, please refer to Fatwa 89122.
Regarding the second question, it has already been answered in Fatwa 242668.
As for the third question, the answer is that advising each other is required in Islam. Tameem ibn Aws Ad-Daari narrated that the Prophet said: "Indeed, religion is sincere advice." [Muslim]
Therefore, that abusive boss should be advised in a gentle manner and one should clarify to him the evil consequences of his actions, and that injustice is darkness on the Day of Resurrection. Also, the owner of the company should be alerted in order that he will be able to keep a close eye on the affairs of his company and protect his money.
Finally, it is not permissible to accuse that boss of casting a spell (a work of magic) on the owner of the company, and no one should think evil of him without evidence; Allaah says (what means): {O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin.}[Quran 49:12]
Allaah Knows best.
