It is impermissible to forge a certificate for any reason

Question:
Asalamolaikum, Im in very difficult days of my life,my husband was criminal and cheater and he also get second marriage.I take khula 2 years back but still my ex husband and her wife touchering me.I have very minimun education and i want to migrate to other country with my daughter for that i have offer that i can have orignal graduation degree by paying 3 lacs.Can i take degree by this way??? If i get degree by this way and went to other country then what ever I earn there is that counts in haram?? I dont want to earn haram and i also want to migrate and there is no other way accept this that i get degree by paying money.Plz help me by giving answer in easy english.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Islam forbids all kinds of false testimony, including creating a false degree, whether it is an academic degree or any kind of certificate, as explained before in Fataawa 96435 and 84382.
You should take lawful measures to ward off the harm that you are suffering from your ex-husband and his wife. You can make a complaint to the concerned authorities about their harm and assault in order to put an end to that harm or do any similar permissible action to stop their harm without resorting to getting a false degree.
