Explaining 'those male attendants having no physical desire'

Who are the men who have physical desire?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
Allaah Almighty Says (what means): {Or those male attendants having no physical desire.}[Quran 24:31] This part of the verse refers to hired men and male attendants who have no desire for or inclination towards women. They may be ignorant about desire for women, have no desire at all, suffer impotency, or have had their penis removed. The righteous predecessors have opinions regarding the interpretation of this verse that boil down to what we have mentioned.
A man with physical desire is any man who is capable of having sexual intercourse.
