Ruling on wearing loose pants for women

Question:

I am pregnant and live in the United States. It is difficult for me to find clothes that cover my whole body, such as a cozy long dress. Is it permissible for me to wear loose pants in front of women only?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

There is no blame on a woman for wearing loose pants that are specifically for Muslim women in front of women and her Mahram (permanently unmarriageable kin) men.
