Accepting the terms of license agreement without reading them

Question:
esselamu aleykumI read in one of your fataawa that it is allowed for a person who is in need of some programmes likewindows and so on to accept the license agreement, where it says approximately that if it comes to a disagreement than the case will be judged according to a kaafir system, by intending with your heart that you do only accept the ruling that agree with the shariah and you dont accept that which is against the shariah and you listed some other things. It is really difficult to avoid these kind of contracts because they are almost everwhere. So my problem is: my father booked a flight via the internet and if give your data it says at the bottom that you will have to agree to certain rulings otherwise the process will not continue. But my problem is i gave my father my email address so that the whole process goes on with my address. When it came to giving your data of the credit card and so on i wasnt the one who agreed to the agreement rather it was my brother. He isnt really religious so I dont think that he had the intentions i mentioned, he just agreed to it without really reading it. So did i sin by providing my email address to them? And is that even Kufr?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His Slave and Messenger.
You bear no sin for giving your email address to your father, and such an act is not Kufr (disbelief) in any way.
Moreover, you are not sinful for the fact that your brother accepted the license agreement without reading the terms first and without holding the intention of approving only whatever of those terms conforms with the Sharee‘ah and rejecting those of them that contradicts it.
Allaah Knows best.
