Making coin bank in shape of Ka'bah

Question:
Assalaamu alaykum. Is it permissible to make coin banks in the shape of the Ka‘bah (has the opening to get the money out) with the aim of selling them to the Muslims as an inspiration to save money for Hajj?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His lave and Messenger.
The Standing Committee for Academic Research and Issuing Fataawa forbade making three-dimensional structures of the Ka‘bah in order to avoid any potential Sharia violations. The fatwa reads, "It is impermissible to make three-dimensional structures of the Ka‘bah or the dome over the grave of the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, or to trade in them, because making them, trading in them, and circumambulating around them leads to religious violations that must be avoided. All the means that lead to unfavorable results must be eliminated."
A similar decision was reached in the resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy:
"The Council of the Islamic Fiqh Academy, a subsidiary of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), during its 13th session held in Makkah on 5 Sha’baan 1412 H (8 February, 1992) has looked into the issue and decided that it is necessary to forbid this and close the door to it, because it leads to evils and violations."
Encouraging people to save money for Hajj can be achieved by any other means, such as with a regular coin bank with the intended statement written on it.
