All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
We do not know a specific Soorah (chapter) in the Quran or a verse or supplication that you can recite for that particular purpose. You can recite any supplication that indicates seeking the help of Allah, The Exalted, in general. For instance, Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, "Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja‘ltahu sahlan wa anta taj‘alu al-hazna sahlan itha shi't. (Which means: O Allah! Nothing is easy except what You have made easy. If You will, You can make the difficult easy)." [Ibn Hibbaan - Al-Arnaa’oot graded it saheeh (sound)]
You can also invoke Allah, The Exalted, with any other suitable supplications. You may also recite the Quran and invoke Allah by means of the Quran to help you marry this woman. If you are granted your wish, all praise be to Allah; otherwise, you should not preoccupy yourself with this pursuit any further and seek another wife instead; there are plenty of other women.
Allah knows best.
