All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
It is possible that what you release is normal vaginal moisture, and this invalidates ablution, but it does not necessitate Istinjaa' (washing the private parts) as it is pure.
It may also be Mathi (pre-ejaculatory discharge), which is a white discharge that comes out with arousal or when thinking about sexual intercourse, and it does not lead to feeling exhausted. Mathi is impure and it invalidates ablution.
As regards Maniyy, it is a yellowish, thin discharge which comes out when there is intense sexual arousal, and it leads to exhaustion when it comes out.
Therefore, if you are not quite certain that the discharge that you have is the Maniyy which necessitates Ghusl, then you do not have to perform Ghusl. It is enough for you to perform ablution for this discharge.
One can only be certain that it is Maniyy if it comes out gushing (ejaculating) with sexual pleasure and is followed by feeling tired.
If this is the case, then you must perform Ghusl.
However, it seems that you are affected with some kind of Waswaas (obsessive doubts); if this is the case, then you must ignore it and not give it any attention.
Allah knows best.
