All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There is no harm on you about your work in the oil company in Human Resources Department in maintenance and other lawful works, and the fact that the company has a contract with an insurance company for its employees does not affect it. What is important is that the employee's work is free from what is forbidden or helping in what is forbidden.
In regard to the insurance that you mentioned in the question, if the worker has the right upon his employer [company] to provide it for him, and the company concluded a contract with the insurance company to provide that service and it refers its employees when needed to the insurance company, then there is nothing wrong with the employee if he is referred to it to get his right, and the sin falls upon his employer because the prohibition of insurance subscription does not necessarily mean that it is forbidden to take one’s right from the insurance company if the latter abides by giving the right [to the person] on behalf of the company where the employee works. The worker here gets only his right.
