All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
It is most likely that this is nothing but an illusion that is not real, and that it is some work of the Devil to keep you away from good deeds and prevent you from reciting the Quran. Therefore, you should resist this feeling and not give in to it.
Reciting the Ruqyah (Quranic healing) is a good thing, and it is beneficial, Allah willing, in curing diseases you already suffer from and warding off the expected ones. So, recite the Ruqyah over yourself, and it is also permissible that a righteous person recites it over you. You may also consult a trustworthy Muslim psychiatrist, and there is nothing wrong with that, Allah willing.
Allah Knows best.
