All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
We do not know what you mean by motivational video clips, but we say in general that if the content of these clips is permissible and they do not contain anything that is forbidden in the Sharee’ah, whether it is a saying, a deed, or an immorality, or promoting for what is immoral, then there is nothing wrong in posting these audio clips and listening to them even if the speaker in them is a non-Muslim as long as his speech revolves around what is lawful.
It is known that listening to the voice of a non-Muslim (man) in itself is not forbidden; the same thing applies to listening to the voice of a woman: it is not forbidden; her voice in itself is not an ‘Awrah, and listening to the voice of a non-Mahram woman is permissible as long as she does not speak in a soft attractive voice, and provided listening to her voice does not lead to temptation.
For more benefit that a woman’s voice is not an ‘Awrah, please refer to Fataawa 246091, and 263791.
Allah Knows best.
