All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu`alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is impermissible for a man to teach a non-Mahram woman while being alone with her, because this is considered a 'forbidden seclusion', which is one of the greatest causes of corruption. The scholars of Islamic Jurisprudence have prohibited a man to lead a non-Mahram woman in Prayer while being alone. So if such is the case while performing an act of worship, then with greater reason it is prohibited in the other cases.
It is also impermissible for anyone to coordinate this matter for him, because this is considered as helping in sin. Allah Almighty Says (what means): {...And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression...} [Quran 5: 2]
The one who guides others to evil is like the one who does it, and the one who guides others to a good deed is like the one who does it.
Allah Knows best.
