Fears to Commit Kufr as He Remembered a Joke Including Kufr and Laughed

Question:

If someone sees or remembers a joke that has something in it that is kufr and it makes him smile out of amusement, but straight after he realised he shouldn’t have smiled and says atagfirolllah. Did the person commit kufr? Did it mean he was pleased with kufr (nauzobillah) because he smiled ? Pleases kindly give a direct answer and not previous examples. I have shortened my question

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

This question stems from whispers. This person is overwhelmed by whispers, so he should ignore them, repel them and not give them any attention.

Such a person has to be certain that he is a Muslim and he does not go out of the fold of Islam just because of these thoughts and illusions.
