Working for non-Government welfare organization

Question:

According to the shariah are we allowed to work with non-government welfare organizations?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Working in these organizations can even be a work of goodness and piety if the person has the right intention for that. And Allah knows best.
