Question:

God is best among creators as written in Qur'an ayah 23: 14; so beside Allah is there any other god?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
The preponderant view of Muslim scholars in the explanation of the mentioned verse is that Allah is The Only One Original Creator. But sometimes some creatures get the attribution of the quality of creation but there is a great difference between what Allah Creates and between what a creature does. Allah Creates the thing without any previous model and He originates it from nothing while a human being makes things only by assembling and setting up the already available material.
For example, consider the Hadith reported by Imam Bukhari and Muslim that Allah will demand the image-maker to give life to what he had created. As we know an image-maker does not create things from nothing but he puts the soil, stones, etc., together and he combines the colours, the ink and the like and this results in a coloured picture. We know that all the objects used by the image-maker are created by Allah.
In addition; if one needs to do something or to perform an act he needs an intention and a will-power before undertaking any action both of these are created by Allah. Therefore, the people of Sunnah believe that Allah is The Creator of mankind and of their actions. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {"While Allah has created you and what you make!"}[37: 96]. Creating, which is originating things, from nothing, is a special quality of Allah; no one can truthfully claim to do it or associate himself with Allah in creating from nothing. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Is then He, Who creates as one who creates not? Will you not then remember?}[16: 17]. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the sky (rain) and the earth? La ilaha illah Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He).} [35: 3].

Allah knows best.
