Istikhara to divorce wife

Can I perform Istikhara to divorce my wife?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Performing Istikhara is likeable in every matter in which a person doubts its consequences, (good or bad) for him such as getting married, giving divorce, etc.
