Has Difficulty Rinsing His Nose During Ablution

Question:

When I do the Wudu. I can't easily do the "Istinshak". So can I do it without introducing the water in my nose?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Putting water in the nose during ablution is merely a Sunnah act according to the view of the majority of Muslim scholars. Thus, a person should aspire to do that but if one fails to do so, there is no harm and his ablution is valid, especially when he faces hardship in doing so.
