Apartment of Thankfulness

Question:

My father has almost completed building an apartment complex and now he asked us for a suitable name. Can you please give me some suitable names that will make our house filled with Allah Blessings?
Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

We advise you to call your house “Bait al-Hamd” (house of Thankfulness) as this will always remind you of the Blessings Allah has bestowed on you. However, what fills a house with the blessings of Allah is being obedient to Him, and avoiding His prohibitions, not merely the good names. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {And if the people of the towns had believed and had the Taqwa (piety), certainly, We should have opened for them blessings from the heaven….} [Quran 7:96].
