Question:

I am doing my PhD about cooperation in the international relations and I hope that I can know from you about the following questions:
What are the conditions for cooperation with other states and people which are non-Muslims? When should we stop the cooperation?
Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.
