Lost faith in his wife

Question:
I live in the US since two years, I am married with two kids. My wife and the kids came to the US with me and stayed for only 4 months. My wife did not like living in the US and decided to go back to our home Country, an Arab country. I have been married for about 12 years. During the first eleven years of our marriage, my wife was the greatest wife any one would pray to God to give him such a good wife. During the last year, my wife knew a person in our country and talked to him on the phone and the Internet, which in our culture is considered "Kheyana Zawgeya".
She confessed her act and said that this was a mistake and she doesn’t know how she did it. I am trying to find a job in our country and get back home but after what she did I lost the trust in her. God asked us not to praise ourselves because He knows every thing about us, God knows that I am really a good man and I have never committed a big sin and I am looking for Paradise. I always think about divorcing my wife and take care of the kids even if I found a job back home. I prayed more than three hundred Istikhara asking God to help me. In my dreams I saw myself three times drinking alcohol (God forbid); in some other dreams I saw snakes attacking me. I know that God is testing my Iman in the hard times. I will accept all God decides for me, Insha Allah. My wife wants to continue this marriage; me too, but I lost trust in her. I pray to God to choose for me but I cannot understand the signs I saw in my dreams. Please help me, may God help you in your life and the hereafter where all of us will need His mercy.
Answer:
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
If you believe that your wife has made sincere repentance; you find signs of that in her life and attitude, and she also feels sorrow for what she had committed then it is better to continue your life with her since whoever repents from sin becomes like the one who did not commit the sin at all.
Try your best to be with your wife and do not let her be away from you. On the other hand, if the signs of repentance and regret are not found in her or you apprehend that she is still in relation with that person or anyone else then it is better for you to divorce her since you may not able to protect her from playing with your honour and lineage. She might join to your lineage a child who is not from you. Allah will grant you better than what you have left.
Moreover, we inform you that it is not permitted for a Muslim to live in non-Muslim countries except if there is any dire necessity.
We do not interpret dreams. For more details in this subject, please read the Fatawa: 81888, 81956 and 82775.
Allah knows best.
