All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
If your brothers are as you mentioned in the question that they are not Muslims and they mock your religion, then it is forbidden for you to visit them, especially that your husband is forbidding you from doing so, thus you are really obliged not to visit them. The Prophet said: "If I were to order someone to prostrate to other than Allaah, I would have ordered the wives to prostrate to their husbands for the great right Allaah made due to them from their wives." [Abu Daawood] However, if they do not mock your religion and do not practice any evil in your presence, and your husband does not forbid you from visiting them, then there is no harm on you to visit them even if there are intoxicants and pork in their homes. Nonetheless, you are not safe about your religion and honour while being with brothers whose circumstances are as you mentioned. If you need anything from them, you may contact them by phone and the like.
Besides, if any of your brothers that you have mentioned or any other relative comes to your home with the permission of your husband, then if they are not Mahaarim (non-marriageable relatives) it is not permissible for you to be in seclusion with them and the like.
Allaah knows best.
