The Hour and the destruction of Al-Aqsa mosque

Is it one of the signs of the Day of Judgement that Al-Aqsa mosque will be destroyed?

Answer:

 

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

 

We do not know any evidence which suggests that one of the signs of the Day of Judgement is that Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem will be destroyed. We also do not know any evidence which says that it will remain until the Day of Judgement.
