All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
Yes, it is permissible for a woman to perform Hajj at the expenses of her father if he is paying for her the expenses of Hajj as a gift; for more benefit on the permissibility of performing Hajj on the expenses of other people, please refer to Fatwa 83655.
Your husband has no right to prevent you from performing Hajj if you had its expenses and you are performing it along with one of your Mahaarim, which is the plural of Mahram (i.e. a spouse or a person whom one is permanently prohibited from marrying due to suckling, marital, or blood relations), as clarified in Fatwa 81584.
However, you should be soft with your husband and seek his permission in a good manner and with respect in order to avoid problems which cannot be solved and which may lead to divorce if you travel without his permission.
For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 87030.
Allaah Knows best.
