All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
We advise you to fear Allaah and avoid adhering to whispers as Allaah did not overburden His Slaves by performing Ghusl (i.e. a ritual bath) or ablution many times. You should know that by performing Ghusl and ablution many times, you are following the steps of the devil who wants to embarrass you and cause you hardship so that you would abandon performing Ghusl, ablution and the prayer, so you should fear Allaah and remember the saying of Allaah (which means): {…and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty.}[Quran 22:78]. Allaah also Says (what means): {…and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.}[Quran 2:168].
Since you used to perform Ghusl and pour water all over your body, as you mentioned, then this is enough and acceptable. The acceptable Ghusl is to pour water all over your body while having the intention of ritual purification, and it is not a condition to rub the body according to the view of the majority of the scholars . According to many of them, rinsing the mouth and nose is not a condition as well. For more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 83895 and 81405.
There is no doubt that the person who told you that you are like a non-Muslim is an ignorant person, and this is a very serious statement. It might be that whoever told you so has whispers as well, because it is not befitting for a Muslim to describe another Muslim as a non-Muslim.
To conclude, your prayer, ablution and rituals are correct and acceptable, and you are not obliged to make up those prayers, and there is not difference of opinion about this, as far as we know.

Allaah Knows best.
