My job is tour guide is the commission that I get when I take the tourists to the shops Halal?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. If your job is limited to guiding the tourists to places that do not contain Haram, then there is no objection to your taking a commission for that. However, we think that it is more appropriate for the Muslim to avoid such professions as they are seldom free from something Haram. Allah knows best.
