What is the ruling on wealth that is acquired through helping people to immigrate to another country illegally?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Illegal immigration using forged documents to other means leads to humiliation, disrespect, and even death of the person, all these matters are forbidden in Shariah. Hence, it is not allowed for a Muslim to do or help doing an act that could lead to humiliation or destruction of the soul or money.

The fact becomes more dangerous if the purpose is not Islamic such as to commit sin or to indulge in entertainment which is forbidden.

In brief trafficking to non-Muslim countries or helping in that act is forbidden, making money through that act is also forbidden.
