All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
First of all, we advise you to frequently supplicate to Allaah; verily, all matters are in Allaah's Hands. Allaah, The Exalted, says (what means): {And if Allaah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.} [Quran 6:17]
Therefore, turn to Him in sincere supplication and implore Him to grant you recovery. Allaah, The Exalted, says (what means): {And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.}[Quran 40:60]
You should also recite the prescribed Ruqyah (healing chant); it is an effective remedy for all diseases. There is also nothing wrong with consulting a specialist doctor; there is a possibility that there is a physical or psychological reason for these symptoms. There is no contradiction between seeking medical treatment and having recourse to the Ruqyah, as previously explained in Fataawa 4678 and 5531.
If there are no normal causes for these symptoms, then it is most likely that you are a victim of Jinn possession, the evil eye, a magic spell, or Waswaas (satanic whisperings); in this case, reciting the Ruqyah is highly recommended. Please refer to Fataawa 88660 and 82917.
Allaah Knows best.
