All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Some jurists defined abundant doubt to the situation when doubt comes to the person every day even if it is once. Such doubts are considered to be whispers, so one should not pay attention nor give in to them so as avoid putting himself into hardship or make things difficult for himself.
Doubt about purity and prayer may drag the person to start doubting his faith as stated by ‘Elleesh, a Maaliki scholar who was a Judge.
Therefore, if you are in such a state of doubt, then ignoring this matter, about which you have doubts, is the correct thing to do, and your act of worship is sound. It seems that the doubt that you are experiencing is of this kind (whispers), which is evident in your statement: “….this is eating my peace of mind and affecting my concentration and performance of ibadah...fasting, praying and also spending my time wisely...”
Our advice to you is to seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan when you have doubts, and you should mention Allah as much as you can and perform Ruqyah.
