Fatwa:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

It is permissible for an employee, if he wants to perform Hajj, to benefit from the discount which the company or the government offers to him. It is neither an obligation nor a condition for the validity of his Hajj for him to pay full fees. It is also permissible for a pilgrim to perform Hajj with money that is gifted to him and the like, and it is not a condition that he performs Hajj with his own money. What is important is that the money should be obtained from lawful resources.
Allah Knows best.
