She, may Allah be pleased with her, was one of the residents of Madeenah, and was known for her generosity and sacrifice. Rufaydah Al-Aslamiyyah, may Allah be pleased with her, used to treat injured people during the battles, and would serve them herself. The Prophet would pass by Sa'd ibn Mu'aath, may Allah be pleased with him, daily and ask how he was doing, and the later would inform him." [Ibn Al-Atheer]
