HIGHLIGHTS: 'Israel Is Waging a War of Annihilation Against the Palestinians,' PA Says||Two Israeli Military Convoys Attacked East of Gaza City||Resistance Attacks Against Israel's Occupation Army to Continue Until Occupation Ends||STORY: The Palestinian National Authority has called on the international community to intervene effectively to end Israeli state terrorism against Palestinians. The appeal came as Palestinian Resistance men detonated an explosive device near an Israeli military patrol in Gaza. No injuries were reported. But a joint statement of the military wings of FATAH and the PFLP spoke of an attack against another Israeli military convoy coming under attack and suffering a number of injuries.
A Palestinian spokesman meanwhile issued a statement calling on the international community to end Israeli aggression against the people of Palestine.
The statement published by the official news agency (WAFA) added that Israel has been launching a war of annihilation that has spared no town, village or refugee camp where occupation forces were under orders to destroy houses and PA buildings and arresting thousands of Palestinians.
The statement went on to say that the war is further devastating to the Palestinians as it is being launched in the wake of a suffocating siege that has been imposed on Palestinian cities and towns well ahead of the latest offensive launched on the 29th of April.
BEIT FURIK SURROUNDED

Eyewitnesses meanwhile reported that occupation forces entered the West Bank city of Tulkarem for the second time Monday night.
A JOINT RESISTANCE STATEMENT
At the same time, the Aqsa Brigades of (FATAH) the National Resistance Brigades of the (PFLP), military wings of the two movements respectively, claimed responsibility for detonating a number of explosive devices at an Israeli military convoy that was patrolling east of Gaza City Tuesday.
In a joint statement, the military wings of FATAH & PFLP also claimed responsibility for attacking another Israeli military convoy on the Karni-Nitzerim road east of Gaza City at dawn Tuesday.
The joint statement added that the Resistance, explosive devices detonated by the resistance interrupted the movement of the convoy enabling resistance near by to attack the convoy using automatic machine guns and grenades. A number of enemy soldiers were injured, added the statement.
According to the statement, the operations east of Gaza City were carried out in response to on-going Israeli aggression perpetrated by Israel's terrorist government and in revenge to the death of Palestinian martyrs.
The statement meanwhile pledged continued Resistance attacks against the Israeli forces of occupation until the entire the land of Palestine is liberated.
The Israeli military earlier Tuesday reported that an explosive devise was detonated as an Israeli patrol went by east of Gaza but claimed that there no injures or damage to equipment.
