where can i find the hadeeth wich says that men and women are equal or twins i e at the sight of God?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

It might be that you are referring to the Prophetic narration which is reported by Imaam Ahmad, Abu Daawood, At-Tirmithi and others that the Prophet said: "...Women are the twins of men.”; meaning their likes and equals as if they are their own brothers, and because Hawwaa’ (Eve) was created from Aadam (Adam) .
