What is the Fatwa on doing Tawaful Ifadah on 7th of Dul Hajj?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

There is a consensus of opinion among scholars of Islam that performing Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah on the 7th of Thul-Hijjah is completely invalid since its fixed time is after standing on Mount 'Arafah on the 9th of Thul-Hijjah.

According to some Jurists, it is sufficient only to perform Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah after the Fajr of 10th of Thul-Hijjah or after the midnight of the 10th of Thul-Hijjah for those who have already stood on 'Arafah.
