Does pre-seminal discharge (Mazi) break the fast?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Mazi (pre-seminal discharge) does not nullify the fast according to the most sound opinion of the scholars.
