Question

How did Hazrat Ayisha (Radiya Allahu Anha) died and where is her grave?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Our beloved mother 'Aa'ishah died in the year 57 or 58 after Hijrah (Emigration). Her death was in Madeenah and she was buried in Al-Baqee' along with the other wives of the Prophet, . Ath-Thahabi reported in his famous book Siyar A’laam An-Nubalaa’ that she said, "Bury me beside the wives of the Prophet ." So, she was buried in Al-Baqee'.
