Can I use a cream for my face and hands that feed my skin in the day of Ramadan?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

If this cream feeds the body in the same manner it (body) is fed by food and drink, then it is not permissible to use it while fasting, as that would render the fasting invalid.

However, if this cream does not feed the body, and it is only a moisturizer of the skin, then it is permissible to use it.
