Could we speak by rules of TAGWEED during our routine conversation??

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

It is not permissible to apply the rules of Tajweed (rules of the recitation of the Quran) to normal conversation, and we do not know any scholar who permitted this or said that this is lawful. The majority of the scholars are of the view that the rules of Tajweed apply only to the words of the Quran, such as Imaam 'Abdul Fattaah Al-Marsafi .

To sum up, applying the rules of Tajweed while talking two others is unlawful.
