GAZA (Islamweb & News Agencies) - The military wing of the Muslim Resistance group Hamas said on Monday it had Palestinian bombers in Israel waiting for orders to avenge the killing in the Gaza Strip of a Palestinian intifadha activist and his two children. (Read photo caption below)Samir Abu Zeid, identified as the ``general'' of the Palestinian Popular Resistance Movement's military wing, was assassinated with his seven-year-old daughter and six-year-old son early on Monday. Abu Zeid's group also vowed revenge.
``We have mujahideen (fighters) inside the Zionist entity awaiting the signal to explode like an earthquake and turn the Zionists to pieces,'' a member of Hamas's military wing, Izz el-Din al-Qassam, shouted over loudspeakers before Abu Zeid's funeral.
Hamas is responsible has launched scores of Resistance bombings in Israel in retaliation for Israeli brutality in response to a Palestinian uprising against occupation-the most recent one in Jerusalem on August 9 in which 15 people and the the bomber were killed.
An Israeli missile hit Abu Zeid's home near the Gaza Strip's border with the Jewish state.
Abu Zeid's friends and neighbors gathered on Monday around the remains of his one-story house, the metal fence mangled.
ABU ZEID'S GROUP VOWS REVENGE
The Palestinian Popular Resistance Movement said Israel was fully responsible for Abu Zeid's assassination and the death of his two children
``The war criminal, the Nazi, Sharon, the killer of children and his government must understand that we will get revenge.''
Israel has tracked and assassinated some 60 Palestinians it says were planning to carry out attacks against Israelis since the Palestinian uprising against Israeli occupation erupted in September after peace talks stalled.
The policy has been internationally condemned.
In the West Bank city of Nablus, hundreds of Palestinians participated in the funeral processions of Salah Zeidan, 33, shot dead in clashes, and Mu'in Abu Lawyeh, 38, killed on his way back from buying school books for his children.
Israel occupation troops also killed a 14-year-old Palestinian boy during a confrontation in the Gaza Strip.
Sharon, apparently referring to his government's publically announced assassination campaign said his occupation army found a way to deal with the intifadha.
