All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, you must know that the person's true value lies in the faith they have in their hearts and the noble manners they possess, regardless of their outward appearance. Living according to this meaning makes one give less weight to the outward appearance. The issue of losing your eyebrows is something which Allah had decreed upon you, and the proper way to deal with it is to persevere patiently and accept it with content. Being content with the decree of Allah lessens the importance of the affliction in one's heart and mind, and makes perseverance easier.
Regarding the ruling on the make-up tattoo which remains from one to five years; it appears to us, after reviewing the statements of the scholars, that it takes the same ruling as the forbidden (permanent) tattoo; Allah knows best.
Instead, you may use a temporarily eyebrow pen liner that disappears faster, or a pen liner that outlies the eyebrows with something similar to kohl or anything similar that can achieve the purpose without committing something prohibited. This is better as you will be on the safe side and will be acquitted from sin.
