Undoing a spell Fatwa No: 5433

I have a garment shop. Our business was going well, but now we do not have any customers. I think that someone has cast a spell or something inside the shop. How can we undo this spell?
Is it true that some Quranic verses can be recited on water and then this water is sprinkled over the place where the spell was cast?
If so, what are these verses?
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
The whole of the Quran is a cure, as Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.} [Quran 17:82]
It is also narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam , used to perform Ruqyah (Quranic healing) by reading chapters number 112, 113, and 114 of the Quran. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, described these chapters as the best for seeking refuge with Allaah The Almighty. [Muslim]
Al-Bukhari also narrated that whenever the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, became sick, he would recite Al-Mu'awwithataan (chapter Al-Falaq and chapter An-Naas [113-114]) in both his hands, then he would blow some breath onto them, then wipe all over his body.
In another Hadeeth, Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated on the Authority of ‘Aa’ishah that when the Jews had worked magic on the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and he had fallen ill under its effect, he sought refuge with Allaah The Exalted by reciting Al-Mu'awwithataan.
The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, also allowed reciting chapter Al-Faatihah when making Ruqyah. [Al-Bukhari]
With regard to reading certain Quranic verses on water and pouring that water on the afflicted person, Ibn Al-Qayyim narrated a tradition from Layth Ibn Abu Sulaym in this regard. In that tradition, Layth said that the following verses cure from sorcery, by the will of Allaah The Almighty. These verses should be recited onto a pot of water then this water should be poured over the head of the afflicted person. The verses are those in which Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):
• {And when they had thrown, Moses said, "What you have brought is [only] magic. Indeed, Allaah will expose its worthlessness. Indeed, Allaah does not amend the work of corrupters."} [Quran 10:81]
• {So the truth was established, and abolished was what they were doing. And Pharaoh and his people were overcome right there and became debased. And the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allaah].} [Quran 7:118-120]
• {What they have crafted is but the trick of a magician, and the magician will not succeed wherever he is."} [Quran 20:69]
The revered Shaykh 'Abdul-‘Azeez Ibn Baaz judged this tradition to be acceptable depending upon a Hadeeth narrated by Abu-Daawood that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, had recited some Quranic verses onto a pot of water and then poured it over a sick person.
The summary is that it is authenticated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, used to perform Ruqyah to undo a spell, a charm, or the harmful effect of an evil eye; therefore, you could recite the following Quranic chapters: 1, 112, 113 and114 onto water and blow some breath over it, imitating what Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, used to recite and do when performing Ruqyah. You could also read these chapters, in addition to the above-mentioned verses, and any other Quranic verses onto water and then sprinkle it inside the shop, since, as mentioned earlier, this was authenticated in a Hadeeth narrated by Abu-Daawood and because the whole of the Quran is a cure.
