Question

1. Is it permissible to answer orders that are in some verses? Such as 87:1 and last verse of 95:8.2. Is it permissible to do imitation (Taqleed) of Imams?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
It is likable for any praying person to ask Allah for His Blessing whenever he passes by a verse that is about Blessing as it is also likable for him to seek refuge with Allah from Hell whenever he passes by a verse about Punishment. The evidence for this is the Hadith reported by Muslim from Ibn Abbas that he said: "I prayed one night with the Prophet…. He kept on saying Tasbeeh whenever there is a Tasbeeh in the verses he recited. And whenever there is a question he would ask the question and whenever there is Taawudh (seeking refuge with Allah from the evil and the bad) he would do Taawudh".
Similarly, it is likable to anybody who reads the last verse of ATTIN [Surat 95] to say: "Yes. Indeed and I bear witness for that". Ahmad and Al Tirmizi reported that the Prophet said: "Whoever reads (Wattini Wazzaituni) and finishes it he should say: "Yes. Indeed and I bear witness for that" and whoever reads (La Uqsimu Biyawmi Al qiyama) [Surat 75] and finishes its last verse, he should say: "Yes. Indeed". And whoever reads (Al Murslat) [Surat 77] and reaches the end of its last verse he should say: "I believe in Allah". This is a sound Hadith according to Al Hakim and Al Dhahbi.
Shaikh Ibn Baz said: "This is likable for the Imam, the Mamoum (the one praying behind an Imam), and the person praying alone as it is a Dua' like saying Ameen".
Allah knows best.
