Hamas decided on Tuesday to release 50 Fatah-affiliated detainees and 50 more criminal prisoners in the Gaza Strip as a goodwill gesture ahead of the fasting month of Ramadan, Palestinian news agency said.
The decision came during the government's 122th meeting headed by Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh.
