Israeli forces on Thursday shot dead a Palestinian near the Tomb of the Patriarchs in the West Bank city of Hebron. The man was identified as Yassin Rubin al Julani, 22, WAFA reported. Also in the West Bank, an Israeli woman was lightly hurt after shots were fired at her car near the settlements of Alei Zahav and Peduel. Israeli soldiers in the West Bank village of Anabta near Tulkarem late Wednesday arrested Rafat Nassif, the Hamas chief in the area, Palestinian sources conveyed Thursday.
